Teacher Questionnaire

The Teacher Questionnaire will help us, the researcher, learn more about who is administering the Student Questionnaires in the classroom.

The Teacher Pre-Questionnaire should be taken at the beginning of the school year BEFORE you administer the Student Pre-Questionnaire. This will allow the researchers to collect information about where the questionnaire is being administered and we can follow up with teachers.

There is also a Teacher Post-Questionnaire that can be filled out at the end of the semester/school year.
