Overview: Rain, snow melt from the Rockies. The Missouri River and main tributaries are flooding. Biggest flood since the Great Flood of 1993. Mississippi is flooding, levees have burst. Thousands of homes have been flooded. Davenport, Iowa is a disaster area.
